INSTRUMENT LAB

The music lessons you've been dreaming of! Instrument Lab is an action packed 30-minute private lesson with a philosophy that young children need exposure to a world of possibility in music. We are all too familiar with the old saying: "you either have it or you don't." To that I say: no more pigeon-holing musical aptitude! These student-led classes will have your child inspired and feeling like music-making is their oyster. Using piano as our primary theory instrument, students may branch out to drum kit, amplified instruments, accordions and more to incorporate a more holistic understanding of rhythm, timbre, dynamics, harmony and improvisation. Students will leave each week hungry for more!

Instrument Lab for ages 2-8 is $60/lesson. Semi-private and pod instruction are also available. Adult participation is optional for children under 4. Lessons will meet at Fenimore Studio - my home basement studio located at 169 Fenimore Street.

Currently enrolling Monday through Saturday for Winter 2025.
