JEDI TRAINING WORKSHOP

Let your child unleash their inner hero in a movement & mindfulness journey like no other. Children will practice core balance, spatial awareness, teamwork and emotional intelligence through obstacle courses and other activities that connect creative play with executive functioning skills - from dodging swinging rice bags to building towers to "passing rhythm" with a rain stick and other storied objects.

"We LOVE Jedi training! This class allows kids to exercise a part of the brain that isn't usually fostered in school or arts programs. They use movement, observation, music and critical thinking to navigate nature, feelings and connection. They are taught to FEEL vibrations and colors and think about how their worlds are connected. They work together to do things like lift a heavy rock (demonstrating teamwork can do things you can't do solo) and learn how to use their body to make observations, not just their eyes (like closing their eyes and going through an obstacle course). We love it." - Macha H.

This program is for ages 2 and up. Adult participation is required for children under 3 years old.
